This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to purchases of products manufactured and sold by Doodyaar Productions LLC through our website (as those terms are defined in our Terms of Service). Please note that all timeframes, costs, deadlines, and other similar information provided in this Orders policy are provided for your convenience as estimates only. They shall not be construed as any representation, warranty, or guarantee of Doodyaar that your actual purchase experience will conform in any material way to the information provided here.

ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCT SHIPPING

We ship products only to delivery addresses located in the United States of America. It is your responsibility to ensure that, before placing an order, you have a valid shipping address to which we can deliver your order. All orders for products you purchase from us via our website are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMEFRAMES; TAXES AND FEES

We offer standard shipping at a cost of $5 flat rate for all orders.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you are responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, duties and other additional charges applicable to your purchase of products from us based on your delivery address or our shipping address. By placing your order, you authorize us to collect such sums due from you or on your behalf.

DELIVERY

We will deliver the products you purchase to the shipping address you designate at checkout. Unless otherwise specifically agreed by us, you authorize us to leave the products at your address without verifying delivery to you or your representatives at such address. Title and risk of loss passes to you, the purchaser, upon delivery by us of the products you purchased to a common carrier, such that you bear all risk of loss during shipping. Accordingly, Doodyaar and our affiliates, vendors, contractors, and agents are not responsible for any loss or damage to products purchased by you that occurs during shipping.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges of products purchased from us via our website as follows: You maybe eligible to receive store credit or an exchange of a product you have purchased from us at any time within thirty (30) days from the date of your order of the product. Products returned must be in their original condition, including in their original packaging, and must be unused, unbroken, and not damaged in any way. This includes with respect to any tamper-evident seals or other sealed packaging on our products. If you have purchased a product as part of a set or collection of products, you must return the entire set or collection to be eligible for a return or exchange.

The following categories of products are not eligible for return or exchange at any time: food products. This return and exchange policy does not apply to any products marked as “final sale”, “clearance”, or otherwise clearly marked as not being eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us at hello@doodyaar.com within thirty (30) days of your date of order. Please include your order number, email address or shipping address, or other information by which we can identify your order, as well as a description of the reason for your request for return or exchange. We will review your request for a return or exchange and may accept or deny it in our sole discretion. If we accept your request, you may elect to exchange your purchase for product(s) of equal cost (with the difference, if any, credited to you as provided in this paragraph), or you may elect to receive store credit up to the amount of your purchase. You must use such store credit within one year of its issuance to you or you will be deemed to forfeit it. You are responsible for all applicable shipping costs and any taxes, duties, or fees which are not returnable under applicable law in connection with your return or exchange, including return shipping of your products to us.

We have the right to amend this Policy at any time by posting a new version of this Policy on our website. The terms of the policy in effect at the time you seek to exercise your rights hereunder will apply, notwithstanding that such terms may be different than those in effect at the time you purchased products from us via our website.
